We infused 3kg of whole Gayo Mountain Sumatra and Costa Rica beans post-fermentation, letting them steep for 36 hours to capture rich coffee character without over-extraction. The result? A bright golden pour bursting with fresh roast aroma, layered with citrusy marmalade, plum and subtle roast complexity.
Everyone’s palate picks up different notes, so the only real way to experience it is to crack one open and taste it yourself. Contains caffeine.
